What To Bring & Wear
Loose comfortable clothing
Tracksuit / Leggings, t-shirt and sweatshirt / hoodie are ideal.
It is best to practice barefoot, but if you prefer to wear socks, grippy socks are best.
A non-slip sticky yoga mat
is needed. These can be bought from any sport shop and some large supermarkets.
If you have any difficulty getting a yoga mat before your first class, bring a large towel and I will advise you on what to look for.
A blanket or warm clothing
for the relaxation at the end of class, as body temperature drops quickly when we lie down.
Do not eat
for 1-2 hours before class.
