I run Yoga classes to suit people of all ages and abilities and I am also available for private Yoga classes. I also teach Somatics, pain & tension release exercise classes.
I teach from a small yoga studio in Glasnevin and also in Glasnevin Lawn Tennis Club.
Yoga is an excellent way to de-stress, improve our fitness and flexibility, strengthen and tone our body and to gain peace of mind.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years now and have been teaching since 1995. I believe that yoga should be fun and enjoyable to practice and my classes reflect this.
